Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Cost

• Standard shipping: flat $5.99 per order, regardless of the number of items
• The exact shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay

Delivery Time

After processing, please allow:

• United States: 7–14 business days
• Canada and Mexico: 10–21 business days
• Other international destinations: 14–28 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs delays, weather events, and carrier disruptions may affect actual delivery.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

International Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping fee.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no updates for more than 14 days, or your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer. Changes after dispatch may not be possible.
